Critical: Quality, ValueThis is the absolute worst place to get textured hair done, unless you have loose waves or bone straight hair take you business elsewhere. The people there do not know how to cut curly hair and pretend like they do. Personally I worked with Moses and ginea ( sorry if I mispronounced) and both pretended to know what they where doing with my hair and proceeded to cut my hair even though they didn’t have any idea what they where doing. I will never ever in my life return to a great clips to get my hair done. I’m use it this to spread awareness to whoever what’s to get their curly hair done there that it’s better to go to a place that knows how to do your hair. This is the absolute worst place to get textured hair done, unless you have loose waves or bone straight hair take you business elsewhere. The people there do not know how to cut curly hair and pretend like they do. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI decided to give my kids a break from “mom- haircuts” and get them professionally done. I was hopeful this place would be great since it is closer…not so much. The woman did all three of my kids. She asked what I wanted for them but didn’t listen to any instructions…she just did her own thing…especially taking off way more than my teen would’ve liked. My kids asked me to do it next time…that’s how much they do not enjoy their hair. Will not be going back.I decided to give my kids a break from “mom- haircuts” and get them professionally done. I decided to give my kids a break from “mom- haircuts” and get them professionally done. I was hopeful this place would be great since it is closer…not so much. The woman did all three of my kids. She asked what I wanted for them but didn’t listen to any instructions…she just did her own thing…especially taking off way more than my teen would’ve liked. Critical: ProfessionalismTerrible customer service, not child friendly. Halfway through my 2 year old sons first haircut, she refused to continue cutting because he was crying. She didn’t say a word to him the entire time he was in her chair. Didn’t try to calm him or make him feel comfortable. She had an attitude and left my son with halfway cut hair- and it was a terrible cut. If you have kids, don’t go here. Terrible experience.Terrible customer service, not child friendly. Terrible customer service, not child friendly. Halfway through my 2 year old sons first haircut, she refused to continue cutting because he was crying. She didn’t say a word to him the entire time he was in her chair. Didn’t try to calm him or make him feel comfortable. She had an attitude and left my son with halfway cut hair- and it was a terrible cut. If you have kids, don’t go here. Terrible experience.
