Popped into this hair salon because it had an energetic vibe from the street. Overall, this is an A level salon without the crazy ripoff prices some other places charge. It all started with an excellent hair wash with a scalp massage. My hairdresser clearly knew and loved her job….she told me that she has been working there since the open which is always a good sign. Overall, she had a very artistic eye and my haircut was great. Besides that, overall vibe in the salon was fun and happy. Will be back!

My hairstylist was lovely and friendly and this initially made me feel comfortable. My issue was with the products they used on my hair. After my colour and so called treatment (which was meant to address dry hair), my hair is at its worst- dry and unhealthy. This has been the worst treatment ever. Rather disappointed. I was looking for a salon in New York, who worked with damaged hair, and also blonde highlights. I called in and the receptionist was incredibly helpful, reassuring me that they use products like wella and morrocan oil (which are amazing for hair life). She booked me in with the INCREDIBLE Avi, who was so reassuring and gave me one of the best colours I have had in the last 10 years of being blonde. Definitely a salon I will continue to go to and recommend to everyone looking for a talented and amazing hairdresser.

I get my haircut by Megumi and so do my children. The staff are all lovely, the Salon is clean and I never wait for my appointment. Megumi gives the best haircuts – I am very picky and she always does it right the first time with little instruction. There are lots of places to get your haircut on the UES of NYC but this place is a winner 🙂
