Critical: QualityI’m so mad. The lady acted like everything was what we agreed upon but it was not. I wanted a simple cut and instead she thinned out my hair instead of asking and used a razor instead of scissors! Went way too fast and cut too much off my hair. I showed her a picture and she did the opposite. She did not show how much she was cutting and now I have a very thin cut when I have been having hair loss issues. I will never return. She brushed my hair so hard and basically scalped me in the process. She dumped so much product in my hair as well and it took two washes to get it out. She clearly does not know how to cut hair at all. I have never had these issues before in my life. Avoid her- her name was Mirana. What I truly despise about GC is that you cannot pick the stylist. So you can go once and get someone great and go back not be able to see them because they stick you up with someone who doesn’t know how to cut properly and doesn’t communicate before chopping all your hair off incorrectly. I’m so mad. The lady acted like everything was what we agreed upon but it was not. I wanted a simple cut and instead she thinned out my hair instead of asking and used a razor instead of scissors! The Woman who cut my hair seemed like she was annoyed. No big deal but she didn’t follow anything I asked for. Please take an inch off, half inch in back and leave the hair on top of my ears as much as possible. Instead she took 3 inches off and cut the hair around my ear so none was covering my ear.
