They did my kids haircut and there hair is blonde so I told them not to take a lot of but style it into a medium fade and honestly it look like they didn’t even cut it, it was patchy where they half as* did it and when I paid I talked to them about it and I still payed but didn’t give no tip and the older Hispanic lady had a attitude and I said I didn’t want a receipt and she said ok like 5x with a attitude. Really nice haircut form a really nice lady(Amanda)! I’ve used this place twice now. The first time I was a walk in and got an African American woman(I don’t remember her name) that did a FANTASTIC job on my hair. She was fast, friendly and really good. However, I called to get her name the next day so I could request her in the future and she had already left that location. That was probably about a year ago from the time of this review. But today I decided to give the place another try and was very glad I did. I again was a walk in and got a girl named Amanda. Amanda was really awesome! She asked me how I usually got my hair cut so I explained the best I could to her what I usually have the stylist do. She really took her time and asked questions to make sure I would be pleased with the results. She even had some suggestions at the end as to some changes that might look a bit better on my next haircut. I’ll be trying those suggestions next haircut. But she did a fantastic job this time and I’ll be requesting her from now on and getting my haircut from her as long as she’s around. Thanks so much for the great job you did Amanda. I really appreciate it!

Usually a good experience however frustrating when you sign in on line an 45 minutes in advance with NO wait time and then having to wait 35 minutes when you arrive while the app is telling you 0 minutes wait time. Hmmmmm… People or process?

Critical: Professionalism, QualityUsed to come here all the time but would always ask for Megan, who did an awesome job on my hair every time and was very polite. She’s not there anymore and the rest of the staff can be straight up rude to customers. Also, during my last visit, my stylist asked not one single question about how I wanted my hair before she started cutting it way shorter than I normally get it. I told her “Scissor trim, and keep it longer on top” but she never stopped to make sure she knew how long I wanted it. Didn’t even have time to tell her she was cutting it too short. Stylists seem to be in a hurry and not care about how you want your hair. I went into the store in Waycross, Ga to get my sons hair cut. There was one in chair and one waiting. After they got done the lady working just walked to the back without saying a word. She appears to have a young girl working with her. When she came out the back the first thing she said to me was “Do you have a problem?” My response was no but it would have been polite to say you were going to take a break instead of just leaving us here waiting. She proceeded to get ugly with me and cuss then tell me she didn’t want to do the cut. It was for an 8 year old child. She was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The lady doing the hair cuts is Lisa and the girl answering the phones was Layla. I will not be using this location again. This is the third interaction with her and she has been rude every single time. I would avoid this place and use somewhere more professional!

I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted from a previous haircut. She had me positioned to where I could not see what she was doing. I now have a very short man’s haircut, totally embarrassed to have anyone see this haircut, I have to wear a beanie hat to cover up this mess. All she could say is, that is what she thought I wanted.
