I went to a different Great Clips before and didn’t get the exact haircut I wanted. I came to this one to try and get it fixed up some and they are amazing. The woman did an amazing job and she is so incredibly nice. This Great Clips is the best one I’ve been to so far.

Before I start the review would like to thank Tom , he did a great job but the overall experience was horrible. I went in with my kids, we usually get just normal cuts with no specifications. This time we went in to fix their haircuts cause the last one who cut it ( at the same location) messed up the cut.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. One of the barbers literally ruined my hairline. I never have good experiences here except for one barber, whose name is Tom. Every other barber in the store in my opinion, isn’t fit to cut hair, and I will not ever recommend this store to anyone. On top of that, they are very rude and one lady demands tips. I am just a child who was given a 20 dollar bill for a haircut, so I was forced to use it all for a 2 dollar tip, and she still demanded more. Gratitude is nonexistent in these barbers, and I do not recommend coming here.

The staff there is too rude and very loud about their tips(saying that it should be min. this much otherwise they’ll mark u as u denied the tip(which was a public harassment)). I mean it totally depends upon the customer’s outlook whether to pay $1 or $10 or not. And that too on a full priced hair cut, with messed up style. Also didn’t accepted the online coupons I have, which is totally unlike other locations.

The lady who cut my hair judged me for the amount of tip I gave her. My hair cut was 12 dollars and I realized I didn’t have cash in my wallet but did in my car so I added $1 to the card bill and was going to go to my car to get the rest of the cash. Before I even had a chance to explain myself she looked over the counter to where I was adding the tip amount to see what it was then insulted me in front of everyone in the salon by telling me “adding a $1 tip is rude nobody does that”. I was so shocked to experience this behavior and felt extremely insulted. I was taken a back and was trying to tell her that I was going to give her cash from my car, but she wouldn’t listen. I still went back to my car to get the cash and left it for her despite this extremely rude behavior.

Hi Today I went to this place to get a haircut for my kid.Stylist (Jewel) seems to be very rude in her behavior.Firstly there was no greeting from her side when I entered and she asked whether I checked in online and I said no..she was with a customer and she came to the counter took the cash from the person and he left I just reached to her saying can I check in now..she replied rudely saying can’t you see I am just taking the money from him(but the person has already left) I cannot do too many things at a time..and then I went to my seat and sat then she called me not even 2 seconds time and she took the details..and when an another customer came in she was completely different with him so not sure whether if it’s kind of racism..whatever it is I am not going to this salon next time..
