We have been to this Great Clips several times, but after today, we will never go again! There was one working employee there who could not operate the check in system nor the register. She had to stop cutting both of my boys’ hair multiple times to check in walk-ins. Each time she stopped, she had technical issues. She was so distracted by the walk-ins & tech issues that she butchered my son’s hair in the front. We paid by credit card & then she chased us to our car, saying her “manager”, who had been in an “online meeting in the back” the whole time, said our charge didn’t go through. I had to overpay her in cash with my child hysterical in the back seat about his terrible haircut. “Meetings” should not trump the need to help incompetent employees. Please do not waste your time or money here!

Sharron is awesome. After a few questionable cuts at this location I tried her and she has been making my hair look wonderful ever since! She leaves notes under my record and knows exactly what I want. Very low wait times usually and easy in/out. Highly recommend for a good cut that won’t break the bank.

Every time I go here, i ask for the sides and back of my hair not to be cut too short and only half of the people ever do it right. Super annoying, so don’t expect the people to follow what you say. One time I went here, I actually told the lady that that was short enough, and she made a remark and just kept going.

They told us that we can leave because that no-one there can see us. At that ponit for us option of coming back was not a option. Lady with a short brown hair told us that whomever told us to walk in they can come and do our hair. Very unprofessional!! This location should be closed as far as I care. Walk in welcome and relax you are at great clips doesn’t do they are rude, unfriendly !!
