Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLet me start off by saying I love my haircut from rock chicks!! I got a horrible hair cut at a different salon they went way shorter then I asked and now 7 months later I felt my hair was just long enough to repair, and I am so pleasantly surprised with this hair cut from rock chicks . She was able to save as much length as possible and it looks soo good. Let me start off by saying I love my haircut from rock chicks!! I got a horrible hair cut at a different salon they went way shorter then I asked and now 7 months later I felt my hair was just long enough to repair, and I am so pleasantly surprised with this hair cut from rock chicks . Danielle is the best colorist! She takes her time and always does what’s best for the hair and my hair always looks great! Her prices are quite fair, considering how much time she spends working on your hair. The rest of the girls are nice and it’s always a pleasure to spend time at this salon!

I wasn’t super pleased with my cut and color. I left with dye on my forehead, ears and neck that took a few days to really come off, the color washed out extremely fast (I use a color safe shampoo and conditioner and have never had it fade as quick as it has) and the service was extremely unprofessional. The woman that did my hair talked bad about her employee’s and previous customers the entire time she was doing my hair. She asked her assistant (her mom) to wash my hair the first time and she said she didn’t know how to use it but attempted anyway and sprayed water all over me and the back of my shirt ended up soaked by the time she was done. It’s also very pricey which would have been fine if my hair color had stayed for longer than a few days and the service was better in general. Overall I was pretty unhappy with my visit and wouldn’t reccomend it.

I haven’t been out of the salon for 30 min and already have had close to a dozen compliments on my highlights and cut…. I am soooo TOTALLY amazed at what Danielle has done with my hair from the highlights to the cut… DEFINATELY knows what shes doing with color and recommendations as to what she thinks you may like…I absolutely just love my new look!! I just become a permanent client!!!

I am so disappointed with my first experience there. I just wanted a few subtle highlights and to cut a few inches off and to shape my layers. I end up with streaks of highlights and my whole head is blonde. The stylist also cut about 2 inches too short of what I wanted with the right side being about an inch shorter than my left side. It’s also basically one layer for the baseline and then another, one-length layer above it, it looks ridiculous. This particular stylist needs to go through some extra training because she does not seem to know what she is doing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. The salon is very hectic, and the stylists seem rude and unprofessional with the snide comments I heard for the many hours I was there.

They have helped me multiple time. I grow my hair long enough to donate pretty much giving them the faith to give me a decent haircut with in my parameters of no maintenance. I have recommended them to mamy people and will continue to do so.

Last minute cut and trim (I’m a guy). She worked me into a busy schedule no questions asked and no bs excuses or additional fees. Pin point accuracy on the fade and clean straight lines on the beard, even tho she had me laughing most of the time. Included SOO much more than what I expected and was still out faster than other joints. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I’ll definitely be back!

My color was ok, it was a bit darker than I hoped it would be. My issue is that I was quoted $120 and when I went to check out it was $200. I don’t mind paying for things like this but if there is going to be a huge difference in price the customer should be told about it first. Also it’s not like I have long hair, my hair doesn’t even tough my shoulders. Also I left with burns all over my scalp. I won’t be back.

Well I’m wildly unimpressed by this salon. Wish I could give it NO stars. I attempted to try something new & pretty drastic..spent my whole life shades of brown & red & decided to switch it up & tried going lighter. I figured an ombré would be the best route so it would blend into my natural hair colour & grow out with my hair. The salon seemed pretty savvy on colouring hair when I went in for a consultation so I made an appointment & started my biggest appearance change to date. However, my experience was just bad. (& I think it says a lot that after years of reading reviews before going anywhere, this is my very first google review ever…)
