None of them know how to cut hair. my dad and i went there, we both asked for a fade and both of the ladies couldn’t do it and it also took them like 3 minutes, paid 20 each , we end up wasting our money. Now I’m waiting until my hair grow back to go to a proper barber. I do not recommend this place. Haircut

Should have read the review before I went there. Just like others said. Went for a trim ended up a cup head looks like a mushroom. Not even want to show my front hair. No common sense at all to end up like this. My 8 year old niece can do it better!!!!!!

It’s a good place to go fairly quick if everything is timed right. Only thing that sucks is it seems it’s new faces every month. I get it, people start somewhere to get practice or so on. Just not much more than 2 to 3 months of familiar faces it seems like.

Too inconsistent between cuts and staff. Indy gave the most consistent cut – and she’s probably the only person I would let cut me at this location ever again. Most of the other staff it’s like playing roulette – you never quite know how they are going to interpret the little notes that come out of the system.

Got there at 4:22 didn’t know they closed at 5. Signed my daughter in for a haircut and the other girl got onto the girl said to turn people away if they didn’t sign in online. Then when I told her how to cut my daughter hair she only trimmed it and said she couldn’t do anything with her bangs. She kept texting while cutting my daughter hair. I will not go back to this location. They are rude.

Not great for my family. Probably my fault but I came in with one hour left in the day and they turned me away saying company policy prohibits a wash and blow dry within the last hour. I called before I came and it wasn’t a problem until I got there and they saw my daughters hair. I wish I would’ve known before I drove there. Or maybe the company policy changed when they saw the hair.

Originally this experience was not great, the original stylist who did my hair that morning completely messed up my hair. Thankfully when I came back that evening, Tori, was able to save the mess and turn it into something cute. Highly recommend her!
