Natalie was the person who cut my hair. She is very nice, friendly, and professional. I would recommend using Great Clips for your next haircut.

Worst place ive ever been too. Only 1 woman working in there even though there was noone in there and she was extremely ghetto and rude! Shes disrespectful and immediately started getting an attitude! Will NEVER go back!

This store was great. No wait while all the others close by were close to 90mins, or already closed. Don’t give away my secret spot!

Quick and had a very good stylist working! Sometimes in these quick salons like this the staff is less than desirable but the girl working did a great job on my haircut. She was the only one working though and I could tell she felt a bit rushed. Salon was nice and clean.

The hair stylist are very professional and friendly. I feel their prices are on the high side for someone who is pretty much on the bald side and spend only about five minutes on cutting their hair. I think they need to give those that have almost no hair a better price deal.

Critical: ProfessionalismI checked in using the Great Clips app and when I get there the doors are locked. The only stylist their looked annoyed and said “we are having a staff problem and that the owner should of updated the app.” I understand something are out of the stylist control but, this seems to happen quite frequently. The stylist blame the owner and the owner blame the stylist, it’s always just a blame game.Service: HairstylingI checked in using the Great Clips app and when I get there the doors are locked. Came here to get my kids hair cut. Walked in and they were all busy. Once one of the stylist was freed up, they just point at us and asked if I checked in. No general customer service… ok fine. Whatever, we all have those day. Lady with the blue hair asked who was getting the hair cut, told her my 2 children. She asked my name and I told them it was usually under my sons name and he had a different. She seemed to get frustrated with me and said, to me in a way, snarky, “who’s paying, him?” Obviously my 11 year old isn’t…. so I gave her my information to check in. I mean hey, maybe she’s having a rough day. So a gentleman took my son back which was no problem what so ever. He was pleasant and did a great job. This lady, told her my daughter was having her 1st hair, she’s 4 and I asked if I could sit with her. I was told no. Ok fine. Then I asked I Could stand off to the side and was then told I had to go sit down in the chairs. I explained to her that I didn’t think my daughter would be very willing, so I wasn’t sure if she would sit still for the haircut, and said maybe just not now. So she then walked to the computer and cancelled us and got the next person. My point is, if you’re going to work with the general public, maybe a little more pleasant attitude, especially when kids are a little nervous. Definitely won’t be coming back here.
