I like this spa. Lin, who does the massages, is one of the best masseuses I’ve ever had. The facials here are pretty good, too. They def try to upsell microdermabrasion every time, but overall, the services are worth it.

My daughter bought from Groupon a facial and massage package for me and when we arrived at the place she decided to buy a massage for her. When I was called in to do the facial the lady offered me an extra step for 40$, I said sure because to be honest that was the second time me getting a facial, overall everything was good, the problem was on my way to pay, I was gonna give a 20$ tip and the lady said that that was to little, so I asked her how much do you want? And she said 30$, so I said ok. I felt embarrassed thinking I was cheap maybe, but when you tip you give whatever you want anyway. Im giving 3 stars for what they did, I thought I’ll come back again cus it was not that bad, but after that, you will not see me again. Thanks.

Staff was very professional and facility was very clean abiding with all the CDC guidelines restrictions to keep customers and staff safe. Facial was excellent and my skin needed a boost because it has been neglected so I enhanced my treatment with a very affordable microdermabrasion. NO REGRETS. Massage was fantastic, I love a deep sport massage and most places the pressure is never enough for me but not here. I opted for the medium pressure because I just wasn’t sure but it was just right. I got a great deal on a massage and facial with Groupon during the holiday break and used my treatments on 1/26/21, a well deserved “me” day. Critical: ProfessionalismI received a Groupon as a gift for a classic facial at this location. However, the lady who did my facial told me that the Groupon did not cover my entire face. Just the T zone area. I was extremely disappointed that they charged me $20 to clean the entire face when the Groupon should have covered that. The place got the whole price from me…the groupon was $40 for the classic facial and full price is $60, why have a Groupon if they are just going to charge full price? I was extremely disappointed that they charged me $20 to clean the entire face when the Groupon should have covered that. Critical: QualityI am not too sure why this business has as many stars as it does. I have gotten facials with groupons at other Spas and they were MUCH better. The reason I gave two stars is solely for its cleanliness, otherwise if your looking for a thorough and relaxing facial, I recommend not going here. The person doing my hour facial was maybe in the room for 25 minutes. When doing extractions they neglected to do my entire face. They only did my nose and they were extremely rough; I had tears in my eyes. What happened to the rest of my face?I was then interrupted, handed a brochure and asked if I want microdermabrasion abrasion for a discounted price in the middle of my facial!The biggest problem was when they forced me to give a $10 tip. I kindly handed the lady $6 as I was not too happy with my facial. She proceeded to tell me to read a sign about tipping. I handed her $2 more dollars and she continued to ask for more money.I will never return to this business. The reason I gave two stars is solely for its cleanliness, otherwise if your looking for a thorough and relaxing facial, I recommend not going here. I purchased through Groupon an hour facial and an hour massage. Experience overall was great. Monica did my facial and she was great at it. Cleaned my face, felt amazing and my face was soft and beautiful. The massage lady was also great but I can’t remember her name. Felt very relaxed. Atmosphere was good too. It was my 1st facial and 1st massage really didn’t know what to expect but enjoyed it all. I did purchase a package only because they did a great job and because I realized I need to keep my face and body in great condition. I wasn’t going to clean my face as good as Monica did so I said I should start taking care of my skin. They don’t speak great English but for the most part they were understandable, friendly and kind. They weren’t pushy with the package they try to sell because it their job. I decided to purchase because it was a good deal and they did a super job. I’m coming back and taking my daughter and my mom in 2 weeks! The only part I didn’t enjoy much was the waiting time for my mask to dry – but besides my own impatience the experience was amazing!
