I gave 4 stars because I usually love Great clips, but this actually wasn’t a good experience. The stylist was so sweet but did not do a good job. Beard trim was not what I asked for at all. She seemed in a hurry and scratched me with the trimmers on several occasions. After getting home, I noticed that the haircut isn’t good at all. Lots of straggly, uneven hairs. I went back in the next day and the manager was very understanding and gave me credit for my next haircut and beard trim. Another reason I gave 4 stars instead of lower.

Brought my 6 year old grandson there and my husband also to have a haircut. This was a couple of days ago. The lady that cut my husband’s hair was very polite and did a good job. The lady that cut my grandson’s hair did not seem the least bit interested in doing a good job, had no personality, and now my grandson has crooked hair in the front. I can’t say for sure her name, but there are two names on my receipt, Cara and Payton. I am pretty certain that Cara did my grandson’s hair. A young girl did my husband’s hair, pretty sure it was Payton. If Cara doesn’t like her job or cutting little boys hair she needs to seek a new profession.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I can’t lie i was in hurry to get a cut but i didn’t expect to have to walk in after having my hair cut and show the lady clearly where she had miss some spots and left my hair longer where it was supposed to be cut. Overall if your looking for your hair to be shorter after you came in they can do that. But it’s not gonna look good. I simply asked for a fade and came out looking like a goof ball. Don’t take your business here.
