Booked 2 1 hour foot massages (me and my sister). The women who gave me the foot massage was talking to the woman who was giving my sister her foot massage the entire time. Was not a relaxing experience at all. Not sure what is in the lotion they used, but it left an oily residue on my jeans. Another reason for the 1 star is they are very aggressive about the tipping. Wished I saw the recent reviews with people having the same issue before coming here, Do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.

I’ve been going here for years… sadly my experience today was far from great. I think the people were being over worked. I went to pay for my massage and tipped 20% the man refused to let me leave without tipping more than 20%… he wouldn’t return my debit card as well! I’m in disbelief as I’m a regular customer and refer my friends and clients to them. I won’t be going back and will no longer refer them. Such a shame!

I’ve been a regular customer for years and have tipped in the area of $20-40 for a 1 hr massage. I’ve enjoyed my regular masseuse James but unfortunately will not be going back ever again due to last night’s experience. I tipped 20% but was upset and shocked when he huffed and sighed and refused my 20% tip and wrote down that he demanded $5 extra. That’s gross behavior and has turned me away – I’ll be going elsewhere to give my money from now on. I hope that extra $5 was worth losing a customer who brings in other people as well. Edit…I now go to My Foot Massage in the UW district for a 1 hr deep massage with Bella. She is even better than James and has worked out the painful kinks of 1 year. Private clean rooms with warm beds, no loud chatters, and service is far better. Ask for Bella. I went in with $100 cash and walked out happy 3 times now. My Foot Massage gets my money now – Thanks to James’ greed. My Foot Massage is the best kept secret…

I am usually not much of a review writer, but this time I feel in need to do so to warn people about this place. I have had many massages across countries all over the world, and this is by far the worst experience I had so far. I requested a foot massage and received a full body massage instead which was not pleasant at all. The masseuse was hectic and seemed to be in a rush to finish as soon as possibile, which made the experience rather painful, not in a good sense (I like massages that involve quite a bit of pressure on the muscles causing a “good pain”). However, the story does not finish here. After the massage, I tipped 15% (which exceeds by far the quality of the service) and started to get serious complaints from the masseuse who would not accept a tip below than 20% becoming very angry and loud talking in Chinese (which I obviously do not understand). I explained that I was not happy with the service and that the tip should reflect that. Eventually, I have been kicked out of the place, after I told them I would lower the tip if they would continue to treat me like that. I do not know how other massage places in the area are, but I cannot imagine that they provide a worse experience than this one.

Like many other recent reviews, I’ve been getting massages here for many years, but it’s changed. I previously had the experience with a masseuse saying my tip ($10) was enough. But the final straw was I made an appointment for 5pm two hours in advance. Made my way there, and once I got there some guy said it was an hour wait. I said that I had an appointment, but that didn’t seem to matter. I called the appointment number, and she cinfirmed I had an appointment but just said that it’s whatever they say. So I went home.

Book 2 (1) hour massages for myself and partner on the word of a colleague. I don’t think she likes me after this. One central room with a dozen “chairs” that we were sat in. The chairs reclined all the way flat and it was like sitting on a board.

I’ve been coming here for years, and always get the 1 hour “foot massage” which includes arms, back, legs, neck, etc. The price was $29 for many years, but its been raised recently like everything else in Seattle to $40. And I always leave a $10+ tip which means I can still get a massage for around $50 including tax. Its not fancy, but the equivalent at many places is $100+ not including tip and tax. If you find someone you like, you can also ask for them by name when you call to reserve, usually same day. I’ve had massages in Xian and Beijing, and for me, the guys here are just as good if not better. Best ambiance was in Ubud, and another cool place is Cağaloğlu Hammam, but those are far away.

I booked an appointment for my parents and sister for a 45 min full body massage and 30 min foot massage for each person. My sister got the 45 min full body and my parents only got a terrible foot massage. They had to pay $54 each person even though they got different treatments. They also harassed my parents to pay 20% tip. Terrible place. Will not come back.

I used to love this place but it has really gone down hill. Today was the last time I will go there. I called made a reservation drove 25 min and was told they couldn’t do it they made mistake. I’m sure they will be fine with out my business but be cautious when making a reservation.
