Perhaps it was my own fault for carrying on conversation and not paying attention to the cut, but eventhough I asked for a trim of 1-2 inches off I somehow ended up home with 4-5 inches gone. My husband even said he’d never seen my hair this short, and I did tell Heather I like it long. She was very nice and I felt like I was in good hands, but when I dried it at home myself I was shocked at how not great the cut actually was. So just a tip for new customers- be specific and precise when you are communicating with your stylist about your expectations.

Certainly the most efficient haircut I have gotten in my lifetime by a lot. I Went in for shorten and layer my long hair, the hairdresser spend less than five minutes and made total five cuts literally, hair end are not even even, and told me it’s finished, I could have done it myself at home. I waited for a mens haircut for about 20 minutes.

Went to the Great clips in Springfield next to Panera! I asked the lady to trim the back of my daughters hair, add angles to the side and to slight trim her bangs and not above the eyebrows. She did everything the opposite. Terrible service! This was on a Saturday. NEVER AGAIN!! Kids’ cuts

My stylist was Mercy. She was very friendly, and checked in with me several times throughout my cut to make sure we were on track. I like to chat when I get my hair cut and I noticed at other Great Clips locations the hair dressers don’t chat much. Mercy was perfect! Asking a few questions, answering a few questions and just letting me enjoy watching her work. I was very pleased with my cut!

Had an amazing experience getting my hair cut at Great Clips! I had 10″ taken off my head and had it styled very edgy and chic, and they did a fantastic job in making the image in my mind a reality.
