Went in for my second treatment for cool sculpting and my nurse was Jee! She welcomed me with a warm smile and amazing customer service. She was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time of my service. She gave me a tickling massage and still maintained her professionalism. 10/10 service and 100% recommend. Well this was the first time I came to this location. I would say I absolutely loved the the nurse that assisted me in my procedure. Ms. Natalie built great rapport, made conversation, and made sure I was comfortable. She made my experience so much better after having to deal with the front desk lady that didn’t seem to want to help, assist, or be friendly because I had concerns besides tell me to change my appointment. Luckily, Ms. Natalie came in to the rescue and made my experience so much better. She brought down my anxiety after the front desk lady brought it up. Kudos to Ms. Natalie! Highly recommend working with her. Don’t let the attitude and unwillingness to make you feel comfortable of the front desk lady get to you.
