Came in for a free haircut on Veterans Day. Received one of my worst hair cuts ever. Also was asked if I wanted my beard trimmed which I said to not take off much. The hair dresser buzzed my beard down to basically skin which I have been growing for over 6 months. Extremely frustrating and the worst part was when I said I was a veteran meaning it would be a complimentary hair cut, I got an eye roll and some attitude like she was annoyed it was for free. Definitely will not ever go to this or any other great clips in the future

Great place for a quick haircut. Most of the stylists I’ve had have been good. Some more talkative than others and some more skilled than others. The prices are good except for the hair products which you can find much cheaper online at Amazon. I recommend using their app for check-in before you leave, especially on Saturdays.

Critical: QualityAsked for a pretty simple fade and got something i could have easily done by myself at home. If anything, it looks like i did cut it myself and trust me… i have never cut hair before, i was very dissatisfied with the quality and lack of knowledge for what a “fade” really is. There was absolutely no blending of the sides and back so the change of trimmer length on the side is very visible. I contemplated really just cutting all my hair off in spite of how bad the haircut looks. The entire system of waiting makes no sense. The online would not let me check in online, so I walked in. There was only two people ahead of me, but after i sat down and waited it was about to be my turn but two people walked in who were able to check in online and got put in front of me. Next I waited for them to be done, and the same thing happens. I waited for legitimately an hour and it was close to closing time as well and they couldn’t even complete my haircut. Cuts are below
