Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible experience! I tried to get a pedicure, I walked in a little after 8:30 am and the lady turns me away because she had one person getting a pedicure. She had the nerve to tell me that I needed an appointment. I’ve had pedicures there before and I have never made an appointment. I walked out and called the same salon and she tells me that I do not need to make an appointment for a pedicure. I asked why she had misinformed me and she slammed her phone to end the call. Super rude and extremely inappropriate to treat a customer that way. I will never patronize this business again! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience!!Horrible experience! Horrible experience! I tried to get a pedicure, I walked in a little after 8:30 am and the lady turns me away because she had one person getting a pedicure. She had the nerve to tell me that I needed an appointment. I’ve had pedicures there before and I have never made an appointment. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI walked in at around 6:30 pm this week and I found a small beetle at the door that I had to kill immediately. I didn’t think much of it because most buildings have bugs at times. But throughout my appointment I found 2 other of these small beetles in the carpet and all over the salon. The lady did not prepare or clean my cuticles before applying the acrylics and doing her job like last time. I had a gel acrylic French tip nail by the time I was done. But here is the Worst part….it was $70 dollars…..for French tip nails that are already peeling off my nails after just 2 and a half days of having them on. Never going back. I walked in at around 6:30 pm this week and I found a small beetle at the door that I had to kill immediately. I didn’t think much of it because most buildings have bugs at times. But throughout my appointment I found 2 other of these small beetles in the carpet and all over the salon. I like a clean, time efficient pedicure with a good massage and got exactly that, with a great price. (Which leaves me the ability to tip generously) All the ladies seemed very nice and in good spirits, good vibes overall. First time at this nail salon. I got Esmeralda, she did my pedicure. I like a clean, time efficient pedicure with a good massage and got exactly that, with a great price. (Which leaves me the ability to tip generously) All the ladies seemed very nice and in good spirits, good vibes overall. This will be my new pedicure spot with Esmeralda.
