I’ve been to two of these salons and this has to be the rudest hair cutting staff I’ve ever seen. It must be the entire franchise. They all seem really angry and snippy for no reason. Maybe they are over worked or under paid but I’ve had exactly two bad experience getting my hair cut over my entire life (and I’m not young). And they’ve both been at Great Clips. I only walked into the one in N Huntingdon because I’d forgotten about the last time I was in one. It was the same rude treatment. They are very short tempered and snap at you, again, inexplicably. Just really bad customer service skills. Seems to be the policy.
