Would not recommend! Unprofessional. I had an appointment for one hour massage. I arrive and person with zero English skills states sorry we can only do 30 minute massage in about 10 or 15 minutes. Basically no concern that maybe I had other things to do than to wait when they were ready to offer service.

Just as we provide positive word of mouth reviews to our friends when an experience is great, we take to online complaints when an experience is horrible, and I had a horrible experience at Massage 2 Unwind as follows. I came in and asked for a massage and was greeted by an Asian woman who confirmed that the massage was going to be $35 as stated on the large sign outside. As soon as she ran my credit card for $35, she demanded that I provide her a $15 tip prior to the massage for a “good” massage, to which I had to tell her that in Western cultures, first you provide the service, and then the customer provides you a tip proportional to the level of service. She then provided me a very weak or poor massage, and when I came out of the room, she demanded that I add $15 to the credit card tip area, to which I refused, first because the massage was terrible, and second, because she demanded a $15 tip before and after the massage. Then weeks later when my credit card bill came in the mail, I found that she had added the $15 tip to my credit card receipt, despite my refusing to provide her a tip. I called the credit card company and had the $15 removed. Naturally, I don’t recommend this place at all, and recommend that people stay away from this place altogether.

First time here. There were three woman that I witnessed, two younger woman and a older one. I received the older woman. Her hands were extremely soft. She provided a medium/soft massage as I asked. I recommend this place. I will be back.

Came in to Massage 2 Unwind for a full body massage and was really impressed with the staff great customer service, great massage and great atmosphere. Annie is great. She knew all the pressure points and knew exactly where in my body I had soreness and pain issues. Definitely recommended this massage place.
