Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place gave me the worst haircut that I have ever gotten not once but multiple times. I had pledged to never go to this specific location ever again but was forced because no one else was open and I needed a quick cut so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. But the girl messed up my hair so bad. At first when I saw it it was fine and all good. But when I went home and took a shower everything was going well, until 2 days later my cousin pointed out that the hair on the back of my head was uneven. When I looked at the back I was mind blown. The right part of the back of my head was about 2 inches away from the left side. (I am a guy so my hair is short so just imagine that). And this is not the first time something like this has happend. I have had multiple times when a piece of my eyebrow has been cut on accident. And one time when this one old guy went freestyle on my hair even though I told him specifically how to do it. Overall I had a very bad experience at this location. Don’t get me wrong this is a great company, because I have gone to different locations and have been satisfied but this location sucks. This place gave me the worst haircut that I have ever gotten not once but multiple times. I had pledged to never go to this specific location ever again but was forced because no one else was open and I needed a quick cut so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Each of the two stylist took five minutes or less with us, and we BOTH ended up with choppy, uneven cuts. I went here because I figured how bad can you eff up a simple trim, but I stand corrected!! My daughter and I popped in for a trim because we were in the neighborhood, and it was the worst haircut that each of us has ever had in our lives!! Each of the two stylist took five minutes or less with us, and we BOTH ended up with choppy, uneven cuts. I went here because I figured how bad can you eff up a simple trim, but I stand corrected!!
