Uprofessional, lazy, and no regards to their client’s nail appearance (which they get paid for)! My wife asked for mood changing nails. She did this on purpose because it’s such an easy task. But some how the male nail tech found a way to mess it up terribly. She asked for a fill in instead of a full set, because we were pressed for time (which they didn’t know). The nail tech did not paint over the previous color polish and put a clear coat of mood changing over the previous color. It’s tacky, it’s rude, and she needs a full refund. She now has to go pay another salon to fix his mistake. An to add insult to injury he knew what he was doing because he was laughing, and was constantly in his phone!

My pedicure was amazing. I’m in town for a convention and stood all day and wanted the massage that went with the pedicure. She didn’t just clip my toe nails she fixed them. 15 minutes was spent on the clipping and sanding. No I don’t have gnarly feet but I did have a few almost ingrown nails and she saw it and gently corrected them! She was polite and kind. The salon was very clean and the massage chairs were wonderful. I wish our nail salons in TN were half this nice and cali nails is cheaper by nearly $10 than in the south! I would get a pedicure every month if we had a salon like this! Thank you!

The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My usual nail salon was too busy yesterday so I went to Cali nails. The technician done a horrible job. I have little cuts on some of my fingertips. She dug her own nails in the side of my fingers even after I told her that it hurt. She didn’t have me wash my hands before she painted them. After painting them she filed my nails again with the polish on my fingers. I have spots that have to much polish on my nails. Not worth the $60 I spent. I would not recommend them at all.

I stopped by because my regular lady was out of town. So glad I did. Tammy did a great job on my cuticles and dip nails. She also did my eyebrows. I will be back. Tammy is my new go to person. Thanks again Tammy!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe first picture is what I asked for & the last 3 are what I got paint all over my hands & no marble nail because after multiple attempts & multiple people they told me it was “too hard” but that’s not the worse part the time when people were trying to do help with the marble design a lady dropped her brush 3 times on the floor & each time picked it up & continued to use it & put it back in the bottle when she was tired of trying to attempt. I asked to speak to the manager & he didn’t care AT ALL I still had to pay even though I could have had my young daughter do better than this ladies this is a sign to not switch up on your nail tech especially not with this place. Polish used is too old, my gel manicure looks worse everytime I have it done, top coat is never applied evenly, always looks awful and it’s obvious they could care less. Pedicure, Gel manicures

This place was terrible, on my manicure and my nail, I order a manicure when she just started doing my nails, she didn’t put my hands on water she just cut my cuticles no clean up under my nails nothing, then she do my nails the job was ok but at the end my nails was terrible all dirty clear coat all over my cuticles never again to this place !!
