Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went to get a simple trim and showed them the hair style I wanted, but the woman who did my hair cut my bangs way too short and I’m so embarrassed how it looks, but the moment I brought up how I felt, she got defensive saying it’s what I asked for… it was definitely not! Ontop of that, she could of been gentler. Please have better trained hairdresser! I went to get a simple trim and showed them the hair style I wanted, but the woman who did my hair cut my bangs way too short and I’m so embarrassed how it looks, but the moment I brought up how I felt, she got defensive saying it’s what I asked for… it was definitely not! Ontop of that, she could of been gentler. Please have better trained hairdresser! Now i got to get my new ID I’ll have for the next few years with an awful haircut.

Critical: QualityAWFUL experience both times I went in, almost ripped all my hair out by the roots and came home practically bald, would NOT recommend this business!I went in to get layers on my shoulder length hair and the hairdresser who cut my hair was so rough my hair roots actually hurt after I got home.I went back a few months later because I got a really good coupon in the mail for a haircut and wanted to give them another chance.This time I asked for a shaggy pixie cut. The hairdresser followed none of the instructions I gave her, I asked for my bangs to be eyebrow length and she cut FOUR extra inches off of them instead leaving me with baby bangs. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWoman completely botched my sons hair. Looks like she used her teeth to cut it. My brother brought my son while I was working, they told the woman what he wanted (which was the Mohawk look & she refused to do the hair cut “because it’s cold outside”. Bangs are crooked and hair is all different sorts of lengths.. I don’t even cut hair but I could’ve done a better job than that! Would give 0 stars!Woman completely botched my sons hair. Woman completely botched my sons hair. Looks like she used her teeth to cut it. My brother brought my son while I was working, they told the woman what he wanted (which was the Mohawk look & she refused to do the hair cut “because it’s cold outside”. Bangs are crooked and hair is all different sorts of lengths.. I don’t even cut hair but I could’ve done a better job than that! Would give 0 stars!
