I appreciate how she took stock of my hair as it was, engaged me in conversation about my likes and dislikes of the previous cut, and came up with a good plan. She’s professional, on-time, flexible and works with you on what you want. Plus her suite is clean and welcoming AND she’s fun to talk to.
