From the moment I walked into DryBar, Denaya absolutely made me feel welcomed. She was able to see me earlier than my scheduled time and made sure to make me feel so relaxed from the incredible hair washing massage to blow drying and styling my hair. I switched to this Drybar after an experience at the Ardmore Drybar where they let me leave looking like a founding father. I was apprehensive about having another bad experience but I got booked with Nicky who did an amazing job and gave me one of the best blowouts I’ve had in a while. I told her I wanted a lot of volume and big brush curls and she delivered. My hair looked perfect for my event and I will definitely book with her again in the future. My hair was perfect and I was so happy with it. She was also professional and so nice from start to finish.

I called the salon before my appointment to let them know my hair is very straight and has difficulty holding a curl. I was told that “the hair is prepped and styled in a way to hold the hairstyle for days, don’t worry”, great. Once at the salon, I told my stylist the same thing (my hair is straight) and she says we’ll do tighter curls to they fall later, great. My “curls” were done with a straightener, uneven, and very loose. My hair was completely straight by the time I got back to my hotel. Would not recommend
