I had a 5 o’clock appointment set. I asked how much for a basic pedicure and gel manicure. Ms Gracie charges $60 for a regular pedicure and gel manicure.

Worst experience ever!! Please do not waste your time or money!! My best friend and I got pedicures and I broke out in hives, they were very rushy, tried to do the ombré look on my best friends nails but as you can she put white globs and didn’t finish the ombré look, didn’t have the colors that are advertised on her website, and when my friend didn’t like the look of her nails the owner got rude and really disrespectful. Not very professional. They are very rough with your feet and hands. She is all about the money not the satisfaction of her customers.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place is very clean and very professional. I was there a little over a week ago got a French manicure (sns) and it was very well done. I also got the spa pedicure and it was very well done. The total price was $80. There was a lady there that was a very rude customer. She wanted a fill in and the lady clearly told her it would not work and they needed to be removed in order to make it look right and the lady refused and got the fill in anyway and waited until the nail tech was completely finished and paid and walked out. Then came back in and demanded a refund. Some people are clearly trying to get free work and it was not fair to the tech. I will be back and you should come too. This place is very clean and very professional. I was there a little over a week ago got a French manicure (sns) and it was very well done. Critical: Quality, ValueThis was by far the most basic pedicure I have ever received. They did not have half the colors they advertise in the store with samples. I also wanted a fill-in for SNS which was also not done correctly & it is now 6 days later and all of my nails have came off. Also my legs are completely broke out in hives from the pedicure. The only thing good that came out of this experience was getting my eyebrows done. The SNS was poor and ran over my cuticles. Not to mention! I was way overly charged for such poor service. $110 lesson learned! This was by far the most basic pedicure I have ever received. Critical: QualityVery limited color options. Wanted gel for my toes and SNS for my nails. They showed my the gel colors and couldn’t find what I wanted. So I just chose regular nail polish. This color wasn’t even exactly what I wanted but it seemed close enough. As she started my toes, she gave me the SNS options. Again, very limited choices. The polish on my toes ended up being ok but not 100% satisfied. So now we started on my nails. I didn’t see anything even close to the color I wanted on their sample but I did see something close to it on their shelf. I asked if it was light pink and she said yes and proceeded with the process. She dipped the base then went to the next powder on my pinky then asked me if I like the color. “Uh yeah I guess”. NOW if anyone has ever had SNS done, you know the color doesn’t build up until the process is done. I couldn’t tell by one dip that my nails even had any color on it. So I just wait, just hoping at this point it would turn out right. Nope. I could see right through the powder. She was almost done and just had to do the top coat. She pulls out one of those gel machines to dry your nails. I was confused. So I was trying to figure out what she was doing and she started putting a GEL top coat on my SNS nails???!!?!? Oh but before this she spilled the top coat on me. (Accident I get it but still…. I guess the cherry on top of this nasty cake) my nails are so uneven and just look gross. I want to cry because I’m too nice to tell her I don’t like it. Very limited color options. Wanted gel for my toes and SNS for my nails. They showed my the gel colors and couldn’t find what I wanted.
