Not only my first time here, but my first time having a Brazilian wax. To begin, the front desk host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Soon after my arrival, I was greeted by Destiny. She too welcomed me and showed great care as she knew this was my first time. Destiny walked me through everything I needed to know to prepare for the wax and what to do afterwards. I am very pleased with the service I received and the customer care. U highly recommend this establishment and a special recommendation for Destiny. I will definitely be returning!

Studio is super clean and cute. Tori waxed me and she was super kind and personable. I have super sensitive skin so I’m always nervous about finding a new waxing studio. They have so many different types of waxes and use the best one for your skin and hair type. My skin didn’t feel raw after which it has in different waxing experiences. I don’t recommend this place for eyebrow waxing/shaping. I went here two times and both times ended up with scars on my face and painful eyebrows for days! Also my eyebrows look really weird and short this time! This picture shows the finished eyebrow and some of the skin pulled on the side of my face from harsh waxing.
