When I first walked in, I immediately noticed the location is clean and well-organized. I used to go to TJ Nails across the street and when I decided to try out this place for the heck of it, I realized just how important customer service and quality of work is when looking for a nail salon.Hannah at Grace Nails took her time, cleaned my nails, cut my cuticles, treated my skin and nails, gave me a hand massage and painted my nails. It also appears that the tools had been sanitized under a UV light. I was extremely impressed and had forgotten what a great manicure looked like! As someone who is in the process of recovering from years of acrylic nails, my natural nail beds and cuticles have never looked better!I went in a few days later to repair a chip, and Amy fixed it perfectly. She treated my hands and cuticles and added an extra topcoat to all of my nails. When I tried to pay and tip her, she waved it away and insisted free of charge. I used to go to TJ Nails across the street and when I decided to try out this place for the heck of it, I realized just how important customer service and quality of work is when looking for a nail salon.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have loved this place since it opened: they are friendly, do a great job, are very clean, and provide wonderful value. I miss them during the pandemic closure! Do call for an appointment when they re-open: they are always busy.
