She was kind gentle professional and very knowledgeable about her service and care of my eyelashes. The entire salon was super clean and covid protocol was followed.I highly recommend this salon!

DO NOT GO!! I never even made it in to the salon. If I could give this business zero stars I would. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance showed up and the doors were locked. I tried to call to confirm my appointment and the phone number calls a business located in Sturbridge. Thought maybe I had the wrong location so I drove to the second location in Worcester. Called their number and they had no record of my booking. Finally received a call from a random phone number about my appointment. Apparently the times got messed up between the two locations in the booking app online. They tried to accommodate me same day and confirmed my appointment for later on in the afternoon. Received the phone number of the woman who was supposed to be doing my nails. Not 5 minutes had passed and I receive a text message saying a completely different time for my appointment that I had just confirmed. Instead of reconfirming the appointment I canceled. After canceling I was shamed by the owner for making him try to accommodate me and having his women move their appointments. Shame on that owner for not providing the correct phone number for his business and not making sure that they’re online booking app is working correctly. I was so very excited to give my money to a local business and I am so sorry for the people who work for that owner.
