Critical: QualityI do not recommend this place to anyone who values their appearance in any way.The stylist did not listen to my instructions on the style of cut, she “forgot” what I requested as far as using thinning shears, and after I told her NOT to trim my sideburns or my beard she just ran her clippers straight down my sideburns.The stylist did not listen to what I wanted and did her own thing. Now I’m too embarrassed to even walk outside.I will never go back, obviously. But I will ensure I share this horrible experience with anyone who inquires whether Gone With The Hair is worthy of their time or money. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI asked for balayage. Seems that she didn’t even know how to do balayage because she did foil highlights instead. My haircut was HORRIBLE! Completely choppy and uneven. Then I asked her to curl my hair with the flatiron and she didn’t even know how to do it and ended up giving me horrible iron curls.
