After going to another place in town for about six months where the nail techs cannot speak good English (not an issue for me except for when I try to communicate my wants and they either were ignored or weren’t understood for an ongoing amount of time ), A client of mine told me that they were thrilled with the service at golden nails. I decided to check it out and everyone is kind, engaging, speaks good English and they make sure that you’re happy with your nails and are getting just what you want. This was a huge breath of fresh air for me. When I first visited Justin he helped me take off the acrylics that I never wanted and nursed my nails back to health after the other salon had damage them so badly. Now going back every couple weeks he remembers me, and my situation with my damage nails and is helping me fix them slowly. My nails look great when I’m done, the gel polish last two weeks despite my hands being in water every day with work. I will definitely continue to come to this nail salon!

My mother and I went for gel manicures on a saturday. My mom had a lady do her nails and she barely filed her nails and only massaged her palm for 10 seconds, my mom wasn’t very happy. I had a man, while filing my nails he cut my finger on the side where my nails meets my finger, on two fingers with the file. He then never acknowledged that he did it or apologized then continued to do my manicure and file and clean the polish off in the same spot. We could’ve done better ourselves at home. We weren’t very happy and will not be back. Don’t waste your money.

They messed up my nails completely when I asked For a matte black, There was sparkles in the matte nail polish which made a weird bumpy texture and my “matte” nails were not matte and made them sparkly. I got my eyebrows done and they left wax on my face and rushed. Will never come back. EXTREMELY disappointed.

Without appts. 2 of us went there today at 4 and went right to pedicure chairs. My husband at 445 was still not seen. 2 male staff members and 1 female. Told them we needed to leave at 5 when we entered. The male who did my pedi told me the female staff member was almost done with her client. Total lie. When we left with only mine done and I didn’t get polish, the female was STILL working with her client. Total waste of time. Had issues there before. Never again and would NEVER recommend.

Amazing place! I’ve been going there for about 2 years, and i love it. The people are so sweet and kind and caring, and would do anything to make you feel comfortable. They are also so good at doing nails.

Very pleasant petite lady greets u when u enter I unfortunately forgot her name– took me right back .. I get the regular manicure! 2 designs n needed nail repaired, very reasonable prices, fast and Love my nails! Will go again!

The place recently did a renovation and is much nicer. The facility appears clean to me and I go every 3 weeks. The price of a gel manicure (lasts 3 weeks) is about $25 and a spa pedicure is $45. Eye brow waxing is $10. My only issue I have with the place is that they “double dip” the wax. As a medical provider I find this unsanitary. MRSA and HPV can live in the warm wax….. I recommend them for main/pedis. Not for waxing. I do not tan so I can not comment on the tanning facilities. For small town Carroll County, it’s the nicest place in town. They put Key Nails to shame. The Key Nails staff is rude!
