I got the pink & white…I’ve been to SC, AR, & KS, and Vincent is the best by far! He takes his time and does good quality nails not just make them pretty but he makes them last, my last don’t lift until the 3rd week. I request him every time. I’m so happy! This is my 4th time coming to this shop. I love this Salon, I’m very pleased.

I went to only get my dip powder removed. They had the receptionist remove the powder. I don’t think she knew what that meant. So she cut my natural nail thinking it was tips. She seemed very confused. Then she got some help from another girl and they put a fake nail on the one that she cut off and the nail is completely crooked. She filed the rest of the nails to make them look similar but every single nail is 100% different. She also kind of gave up and didn’t do anything on my right nails to even it out.So embarrassing.So now my nails are ruined until they grow back. And they still charged me lol

This was my first time going and it was not the best service. I went in to get a manicure with dip powder. I did not receive a full service manicure, she removed my previous dip powder I came in with but didn’t bother to properly cut my nails or file them. I also never got my cuticles done or any manicure service what’s so ever instead she immediately went straight to doing the dip powder. Some nails were not cut properly and there was gunk still in between my finger nails when I got home. She also didn’t file my nails properly. Then she insisted I give her a tip, I always give tips wherever I go so it bothers me a little the way she pushed it on me to do it especially when I was not satisfied with how it went today.

I can’t believe it took the lady close to two hours to complete a basic French tip and two nails are super crooked ( see yourself and click on the attached photo) and it cost me 56 dollars when I had called and they said it would be 45. That threw me off but I still paid. I’m never going there again. It was my first time today and my last. I don’t recommend. Not good quality and very over priced.

The customer service sucks. My gel nail polish I can see the strokes and bubbles in the gel. I stopped her first layer and second and after I let her know it looks like I painted my own nails. They had me pay first and did not do my nails over. She just kept asking me if I’m happy I told her no I don’t like my nails . She ignores me. I left with a gel manicure that looks like a five year old did it

I took my elderly client here to get her nails done and these people overcharged her for services not performed. I sat with her during the service which they claimed and charged her for was gel nails-it was regular nail polish. When I asked about it they proceeded to lie to me and claimed it was gel. They are over priced and very sketchy. When I took her to a different place the next time they confirmed it was not gel just regular polish. Bali nails should be ashamed of themselves for overcharging elderly people who don’t know the difference. Don’t go here-they are overpriced for less than mediocre service.
