This place is horrible!! Please stay Away!! They do not take their time doing your nails. As you can see from the pictures of my nails, which is a simple manicure.. no gel…. No sns…. They cannot do nails. I graduate today and my nails look horrible. I could have done this myself and saved my money. I’m never coming here again. The only good thing about this place are the pedicures!! The lady did a good job but she scratched my the skin on my ankle And it’s bleeding a little. Please go somewhere else!!!!

I made a 11:30 am appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. I sat down on time, but they spent 2 hours on my nails (which is wayyy to long for the service I got) therefore by the time it came to my feet (1:30PM), I did not have enough time to sit for a full pedicure. I decided instead to get a gel polish change.

this nail salon sucks. The customer service is horrible. The owner is very rude and they are constantly losing the women that actually are good at doing pedicures. This is definitely not the place to get tips done. They are horrible. SNS or a gel mani but only two ppl actually do a good job.

Good pedi but Mani I asked for not too long not to short so that means it should be medium length 75$ for short nails not worth it and their response was Rude the man and Angie ! I would not go here for nails they have fancy products but don’t know how to do it. They blame it on how long your own nail is and not want to make it long ! Don’t waste ur time only get pedicures

I only went inside because it was new to my local area and wanted to check it out. I made a regretful move. They’re extremely rude and beg for tips for service that can’t complete thoroughly. My nails and toes look horrible. When asked to correct they will show extreme attitude and yell. Never going back!! Manicure, Gel manicures

They were honestly very rude , they were using chunky polish on my toes and I expressed that it was chunky. They ignored me and continued to talk bad about me in their language. Then I complained again, the manager made her take the polish off and she kept going back & forth with her. When she started to take the polish off she did it with a attitude and very rough. The manager then painted my toes lifted the arm rest and left. This was my first time here they didn’t direct me to the dryer station nor did they turn it on I had to ask for assistance cause it wasn’t turning on. Horrible experience

Took over an hour and a half for a nail fill- then paid $60 plus tip for a fill with one nail having a design- this is more expensive then getting a new full set with each finger having a design. Also they use acrylic gel not powder so my nails are uneven and chunky. Will not go back although facility itself is nice.

In the past I would have never gotten this type of service but I’ve recently developed issues with my hip so I can’t bend, making it just about impossible to cut my own toenails anymore. I’ve been like four times. Even took my mom once. It’s $25 for a pedicure which I’m told is a good price. They do all this stuff too. It’s pretty cool.
