She is naturally talented and keeps up with the latest techniques and styles. I highly recommend her color services, especially if you need a color correction. Aimee raised her prices by 38% to 50% (a price increase of $55-$60 per visit to me) and gave me 11 hours notice. She requires a 48 hour notice for a cancellation, rescheduling, or modification of services booked. Otherwise you are charged 100% of the fees for the services booked and you cannot book another appointment until this past fee for services booked is paid in full. My services booked were for roots, gloss, and highlights. No time to cancel or modify based on her cancellation policy. She made a blow dry an add on charge of $45 for any color service. She actually let me leave her salon with wet hair. A reputable hairdresser would have let a client they saw every five weeks (like she saw me) know about this steep price increase at least 3 weeks in advance. Blow drying my hair on my last visit, and implementing the price increase moving forward, would have shown some goodwill to me as her client. Not being extended the same common courtesy she required of me for a cancellation, rescheduling, or modification of services booked, which is 48 hours, was unprofessional and rude. Any hairdresser who doesn’t value a client spending what I spent every five weeks makes me NOT recommend her services.
