If I Could Give no stars, I would. Spent four hours here Mother’s Day weekend for just a Mani & Pedi. The nail tech painted my nails over 4 Times & it still Came Out horrible! Didn’t properly push back cuticles or file nails in a square shape as I requested. I will not be returning & forewarn anyone who thinks of going there. Very unprofessional ! Btw, that pic was taken right after I walked out of the nail salon.

Under new ownership as of 6/22/18. Very clean and the nail techs are pleasant. The tech convinced me to do acrylic with gel color. I usually get all gel, but he did a beautiful job with the acrylic. Had a pedicure. The tech was easy on my toes and they came out beautiful. They are changing their name to T & Y nails (I think) and I will put this review on the new salon name.

Disappointed, wanted to love this place and see how the new owners were. I went twice, first I had powder dip and he filed the sides of my nails smaller than my nail base. Second visit, the female owner was irritated I was back in a week with a broken nail acted like she didn’t remember me but clearly did when she assigned me to another nail technician. The second technician went crazy cutting my cuticles they hurt for a week. I don’t recommend, maybe they treat their favorite customers better.

They were very nice about me coming a few minutes before they closed and stayed after for me to finish my nails. I went to Regal Nails and spent $60 on my nails only for them to last 2 weeks tops. So I stopped in here and they were a lot more professional. I recommend Kim, my nails look great 🙂

I want to thank all of you who had written in reviews, it is because of your descriptions, that I decided to go to N Y Nails in the first place. Tony was warm and friendly right from the start. He is knowledgeable, thorough, experienced and a pleasure to talk to. I don’t live near N Y Nails, I happen to have an appointment near by today, but I will tell you this, I will make the 40 minute trip to enjoy the services at N Y Nails with Tony!

My experience with NY nails was excellent. I go to Jason, he is very detailed orientated and my nails last for over 3 weeks without any lifting. My coworkers also compliment my nails, they look so pretty and professionally done.

I wanted a simple manicure but they managed to do such a poor job that it looked as if a two year old painted my nails. Everytime I brought this to the nail techs attention she would get upset. Well if you did your job right I wouldn’t be complaining now would I?

Gone twice. Since the last time I’ve had 4 nails break & it’s only been a week since I’ve gotten them done. They charge for every little thing. They charged me for having long nails like you’re a nail tech you do it for a living why tf are you charging people for having long nails that’s legit the point of a nail salon. Don’t go here it’s a rip off.

Upon entering this nailsalon, the staff was friendly and greeted me right away. I sat at one of the pedicure stations and I choose a package. The middle package which is $35, it is the “Normal” for most salons…. Whats the extra $10 for??? Well let me tell you! Its for the man doing your pedicure to leave twice to smoke, and for him to pay more attention to the tv than being friendly.. plus while watching tv he missed my heel with the foot file and took a gash out of my ankle. MY ANKLE. No apology just whoops. You ok. Then asked me to put my bleeding ankle back into the water… My ankle is now swollen and infected… So good job. I wont be going back there again.
