Awful Nail Experience. Ladies, I know we are so often looking for the best place to get our nails done. Gloss the nail lounge at Durbin is not the place. Today I came in for a fill-in, and polish change on my toes. Ava drilled the absolute $h!t out of my toe. Bled the whole entire visit and still hasn’t stopped. She continued to file over the bleeding toe, nothing was sterilized to my knowledge. She was apologetic, but then when it came time for me to pay told me there was no discount because it “wasn’t her fault”. A manager came over and held a conversation with her to which I could not understand… I am normally not the type of person to complain, but being a local business owner this is absolutely not how you do business.

I had Tina do my nails and she did more then an amazing job! It was so hard to find a nail artist that could actually do my nails the way I had asked. I have been to many that either refused to do coffin shaped because of my preferred nail length or simply left my nails uneven. She did even better then what I wanted and I’m so happy. She stayed after closing to finish my nails and did not rush it at all, she perfected my nails which was so kind of her. Definitely will come back again!

I found my forever Nail Tech . He gives attention to detail in the way he cleans & files the nail. I got a refill of acrylic nails with gel polish and it was perfection. Spent $40. He suggested the perfect gel color i was looking for. I reccomend Jason!

For $70 my gel nails shouldn’t look like this. Poor prep job. Service was rushed, I’m not even sure he pushed my cuticles back on one hand. he used the dremmel file on my natural nail to prep which is completely unessecary, then didn’t wipe the debris away or put any alcohol or primer prep down the files his sloppy edges at the end to smooth them, which basically ruins the strong seal that is supposed to form. Started peeling after 3 days!! My pedicure with plain polish is lasting longer. This is my second poor experience here. I only get my nails done a couple times a year and am so dissatisfied, I wouldn’t even go back to get them fixed. My daughter also got acrylics, they forced her to up charge for gel coating on them claiming there wasn’t enough polish left after her pedicure and it would be the only way to match it . $180 total. For nails falling apart after 3 days and completely destroyed needing soak off at 6 days.

I went to the Durbin salon, my pedicure was rushed that resulted in nicking my cuticles, my nails look like a 3 year old did them, the acrylic does not cover my nail, the polish does not cover my nail! The acrylic overlaps my cuticle in several nails

I’ve been here a few times but the pedicure I just got from Jessie has made me a guest FOR LIFE. Jessie was so sweet and wasn’t pushy about upgrading my services but let me know what they offered and would be good for me. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’m always on my feet for work so I’m very experienced in foot/leg massages and when I say Jessie gave me the best massage of my life, I mean it!!! I feel so refreshed and I couldn’t be happier with my pedicure.

I’ve been a client here since they opened here in Bartram at Durbin. Linda is the best but the whole staff is courteous and professional. The salon is beautiful and very clean. Great massage chairs. Always well staffed to minimize wait times. They are very accommodating and friendly.
