I called early Friday morning & spoke with Ms. Gloria and scheduled an appointment for 6:30 Friday afternoon. When I arrived I was told they didn’t know anything about my appointment & they would have to call someone and see if she could come back to do my hair because she just left. Gloria wasn’t there. I don’t know the young ladies name but she was very rude & had no customer service. She had an awful attitude. She asked if I could wait & I said how long bc I had an appointment, she rolled her eyes & with a nasty tone she said I’m trying to call someone or you going to wait or not. The mom was very polite & asked if I could wait until the young got finish with her client bc she only had to do three goddess braids. I said no I had an appointment already & i refuse to let that lady do my hair. The mom asked if I could just wait 5 minutes until she go get someone & bring them back. The mom tried to speak to me nice & with common courtesy but the young lady basically hushed her up with a rude attitude & looked at me & said or you waiting or not? I replied back with an attitude & with my hand on the door knob proceeding to walk out bc I did my part as a client & booked the appointment. So the mom asked me to give five minutes to go pickup someone to do my hair. She stated that that was the issue & problem now in the shop(miscommunication) . The mom stopped doing her clients hair & left to go get Maria to do my hair. I really appreciated the moms efforts in handling the situation. Because after all, It’s the staff fault that ‘s not organized & on the same page.

They will cut your hair purposely without you knowing.Twice in a row they braided my hair and when i took the braids out I noticed my hair had been cut very short.They do that to women with long hair.Better pay attention
