Absolutely horrible! Do not waste your money ! Today my friend and I went to get our nails filled and we wanted the gel polish and a little flower design on our ring fingers . They wanted to charge $18 for the fill , $15 just for gel polish , $5 to take off my gel polish , $3 to cut down our nails and $5 and up for a design on one finger! So we went with regular polish and no designs . When I first sat down the lady asked if I wanted my eyebrows done. I said no thank you I actually just did them . She said ok then a few moments later asked me again. I said no, i do them myself , I don’t like people close to my face like that. She kind of gave me a weird look. She then was cutting ny nails down and even taking the polish off she was burning my nail and scraping my cuticle . My friends lady did the same to her as well. It was a awful experience. We will never go there again! The guy was nice trying to make conversation but the older lady who did my nails was rude and hurt my fingers very bad ! Don’t waste your time or money here !

I get pedicures every couple of months, and have recently relocated to the area. I had a wonderful experience at Glamour Nails..one of the best pedicures ever!! The establishment is clean, and the owners are meticulous. Highly recommend this salon!! Thank you, Mike and Cindy!!

I would never recommend this place worst place ever. Go to get a nail fill the second day all my nails pop off. They are the worst customer service and I hope no one ever goes to them because it’s a waste of your money and they don’t have a variety of colors. I would not recommend it please don’t go there if you can find better places out there! WASTE OF If you can read it I would rate them zero stars!

Dont go here. They lady refused service to me because I didnt want to PAY to cut my nails down because “She can’t do long nails” HOW ??? My nails are not even half an inch long. Go ANYWHERE else if you’re in the norwich area
