Service was ok. Pricing is above what they offer. No Standard pedicure chairs. Just leather rocking chairs with built in cup holders. But the worst part was that I purchased a Groupon (which meant my service was pre-paid). So, I asked if I could give a tip on my credit card. She pulled an app up on her phone, did some things and passed it to me to add my tip. I then looked at my credit card app when I got home and I was charged for the entire thing again plus additional services that I did not get(or request). Never again.

The reason I put a 5 star review is cause of the work and atmosphere outside dose not let this place shine how it should. Let me tell you; you will never get the the best atmosphere any where else. These ladies know how to put in work. They are on top of doing the coolest designs and satisfying there customer. The owner is professional and the best part she knows how to deal with her employee and has her employee back. Very family oriented I love that! These ladies work extremely hard for there work. It is very clean. When I walk in it feels like I’m in a glam room. You just want to get pampered. I ask people to be nice to these ladies. I hate to see our own people being rude to these ladies that make the effort to wake everyday to make people feel good about themselves.

Tried to make a appointment husband bought Groupon for our anniversary. Today lady notifies me and cancels me because her daughter had a appointment. Then I ask if she could please work around my schedule and get me in sooner and says no she can’t. Also insist on me getting my money back. If this is how they do business I don’t wanna go in. I am good I will take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional, rude and fighting with me through text. And is lying in her reply because she said she didn’t have appointments available til July. Very sad because I was gonna become a regular if I enjoyed the services. I am a massage therapist and know how booking appointments works. I work at a Spa and they book clients accordingly and they have to cancel an appointment. They give them top priority since they canceled their appointment. Which this owner of this spa didn’t understand I was asking to get another appointment since I was being canceled by the provider. But she offered a appointment at 9am. I am not that much of a morning person I prefer early afternoon and she still couldn’t make an exception.
