I called to ask a simple question because it is a 50 minute drive for me and he was so rude and i didnt even ask my simple question which was do you carry blonde extentions before he cut me off and told me to call back later. I figured i should call first since i drove there once before just to have him close and lock the door as i was reaching to open to enter i couldn’t beleive the lack of compassion and kindness what happenef to customer service for god sakes.
