Not happy with the reception/check in team. There was nobody else waiting and my niece was late for her appointment due to the Turnpike beign closed, they did not try to accommodate us, only said “after a 15 minutes delay, the nurse wont see you” I understand the policy, but there was nobody waiting and we live over an hour away. For the price we are paying, they should have a least considered asking the nurse to see us because like I said there was nobody waiting, after my visit we sat in the parking lot to call customer service (another 25 minutes) and still nobody else went it. They were not rude, they were very professional but they were not friendly and didn’t make us feel valued as customers. I decided on Ideal Imaged because someone recommended it on tiktok, but I know now it’s not a place a would recommended. The person on the 1800 number though was very helpful and made it possible for my niece to be seen. Thanks God for the lady on the phone!

This place has gone down hill tremendously. I suggest using a different company at this point. At my last service, they tried to overcharge me in direct disregard to my contract. The gentleman at the desk was apathetic, shrugged, and said because the prices increased. I have a lifetime contract – my price does not change. Maybe Ideal Image should train employees to read and honor their contracts instead of trying to grab every dollar then can?

I first became a member in 2016. I had my upper lip, chin, and neck area done with lazer removal up until a few months ago it started to grow back.
