If I could rate this zero I would. I bought a living social coupon and made an appointment for the day of an event I was going to in NJ (traveled from Pittsburgh). I arrived at the appointed time only to have someone come out ONTO THE SIDEWALK and tell me that they were so very sorry but they couldn’t take me because they had a ‘celebrity walk-in’. WTH??? I was dumbfounded and told her that I don’t live in NJ and was having my hair done for an event that evening. She said she could not accomodate me. I then asked for a refund, which she refused because she said LS doesn’t pay them until the voucher is used. Where I come from, every client is the ‘celebrity’, and you don’t get bumped out of service because someone they deem more important than you arrived. So rude.
