I have tanned many places all over the country and this is one of the cleanest places I have been! The staff is always helpful, polite, and professional. It’s never that long of a wait. I’d give them 6/5 stars if I could! I have tanned many places all over the country and this is one of the cleanest places I have been! The staff is always helpful, polite, and professional. It’s never that long of a wait. The bulbs are always bright and hot. I can’t recommend this place enough , go get your tan on here you won’t be disappointed !

Although this is a chain I can tell you from experience that every location is very different. I always make my way to the 22/Schoenerr location because of the exceptional service! All of the girls here are awesome. They all have such great attitudes and are so sweet. Haley is the perfect example of what customer service should look like! Been going here for about 5 months. The staff is friendly and nice, and the beds are okay. Nothing special but nothing bad at all. Biggest complaint is the hours of service. They close early Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (understandably this day). And they lock the door 15 minutes before closing. They only have two franchise locations, and for the convenience of getting there before they close it would nice to have more locations to stop at.

Haley is amazing! She has been so great in recommending lotions and just the right packages so that my daughter is ready just in time for spring break. All her friends are asking where she tanned so you should be seeing some new business come your way. Thanks again Haley for taking the time to explain everything and put my mind at ease!

Absolute worst tanning salon I’ve ever been to! They supposedly price match with competitors, in which they’ll downgrade you for the same price stating their lower level beds are comparable to higher level beds at other places -SO FALSE! I purchased a level 2 package (supposedly comparable to competitors level 3/4) and after my 1st visit, full time bed – I got absolutely NOTHING, no color, no redness, no tan line, NOTHING!! I basically wasted 15 mins of laying in a warm bed for nothing. I called and asked to either be refunded or upgraded to a level where the beds actually “work” and it’s been 1 week now of getting a run around. First they stated a manager will call me back, now after visiting them in person since no call back, they stated the owner will have to call me, which is “up north until the end of the week.” Short little blonde girl that looks 15 yrs old (wouldn’t even give her name, LOL) has by far the worst attitude! Not sure who hired such an unprofessional little girl!! The funniest part about all of this is the 2 girls upfront supposedly can’t give me their names, nor tell me when the manager is working – I think the CIA isn’t as top secret as this place LOLLL

I always forget to get the name of the blonde girl behind the desk that I always see when I go. She is so nice and always goes above and beyond to help me. The place is always clean and not too long of a wait even at busy times, I wont tan anywhere else!
