I want to start with saying how amazing the customer service was!! She laminated my brows amazingly!!! But…..I had such high expectations with my lashes and it just didn’t come out like the ig pics. It looked like I used a lash curler! I was very disappointed considering how expensive it is..the girl said next time to leave the product on the lashes longer time.

This was an amazing experience! First off the space is super clean and they also have an assortment of items you may want such as snacks or water, even tea! Ginelly is so good at what she does! She’s so gentle and quick, plus she made me feel extremely comfortable with my first time experience. I got the Hollywood package and it did not disappoint! Less than halfway through I decided that I will definitely come back and make this appart of my self care routine! Thank you again; the other wax competitors could never compare lol!!!

I drove in from the Bronx. It was my first time and I was referred by my sister who goes to the NJ location. As soon as you walk in, the ambiance was so dope. From the inviting welcome as they let me in, to the music that was playing. I had the Hollywood service done by Aiyana. She was great from the customer service, the gentleness of the service, answering any questions I had….it was just an amazing experience to say the least. From the moment i walked in it brought to my attention how they sprayed the bottom of my shoes, it gave me a sense that they are very cautious on staying clean and sanitized and indeed was i correct , The service was amazing 10/10 definitely i been going to them for a couple months and not only have they gave me tips on how to take care of my kitty but they provided certain tips for my skin. I was quite sad about moving away from my usual waxing salon (shoutout to Freckle in Greenpoint!), but my experience at Glam Body was fantastic. It’s super clean and my bikini wax with Ginelly was as pleasant as getting hair ripped out of your hoo-ha can possibly be. Ginelly was really nice, fast, and thorough. I’m so happy to have a go-to salon in the neighborhood.
