I have been getting my haircut at the salon for many many years. I have never once had a bad experience. If you had a better experience than maybe that’s on you. But I have never. The ladies there are very friendly and always anxious to give you what you need and then some. I always feel relaxed and refreshed when I walk out the door! Flipping my hair with pride!! Went in for a simple fade, it was uneven , u could see lines from where she changed gaurds… I showed her, she trimmed it in the area that i didn’t even show her. I’m not really a big stickler on stuff…… But it was super obvious. So i said it was fine and left. The girl was super sweet. Her boss was kinda giving her hell about something in front of customers. I thought that was a bit unprofessional. I’m sure these ladies do a great job, but my experience wasn’t that great
