Went to my appointment with Dina. She asked me what I wanted and I told her I wanted my hair evened out with the back so it would grow out that way. (It had grown out from a swing bob.) She cut the front of my hair off to my cheek bones and left the back long. I have picture proof. I had to go to another salon and have someone fix it and she confirmed the haircut was uneven, layered badly and guess what, the BACK OF MY HAIR had to be cut to make it even with the front!! The front of my hair was to my SHOULDERS! There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY the back was 2-3 1/2 inches shorter than the front!!! I said something when she cut the first side and she just laughed it off like it was no big deal saying “it’s fine”. NO IT WASNT FINE. When my husband called for me because I was too upset to even think or talk about what happened and asked to speak with the owner of the shop the receptionist gave Dina my husbands number! So, I guess now the world will know how badly this stylist messed up my hair since she didn’t want to let us speak with the owner. I know the stylist work for themselves, but you still represent the salon you’re working for and if I were the owner I’d want to know about what happened! Especially when a grown woman is holding back tears in your salon and can’t bring herself to say anything so she just pays and leaves because she’s too embarrassed and upset to do so! I was going to get my hair colored too but I just told her I didn’t want color and was fine with the cut (which I wasn’t at all but I was in complete shock and didn’t know what else to say). When she called my husband back she argued with my husband and spoke over him as he was trying to explain to her how upset and unsatisfied I was. She didn’t charge me after we called and complained but I still have to walk around with this haircut that I didn’t want and now I have to start the growing process all over again! If the owner sees this I would LOVE to speak with him/her!

This isn’t against the owner but to one particular stylist there. She charged 3 times over the amount for her mistake for hair color. She even said she was too embarrassed to ask her boss for help because she didn’t know why and what to do about the hair. So a cut and color was 275 dollars for her mistake. She is very unprofessional and likes to gossip and lies about other salon owners. If you have any kind of business or gossip you want to talk there. I suggest you wait till you leave.
