I love this nail Salon! Joe and Evan both do an amazing job. They truly care about their customers. So nice! They always offer water, soda, and this last time, they gave my daughter an ice cream pop. Joe did my nails and my pedicure and he did such an amazing job. He took his time and created the exact look I was trying to explain to him. No cuts, no pain, and his foot massage was great! I’ve noticed lately while getting pedicures, the massage part has been so brief but Joe really focuses on that!! They try to make an overall experience for their customers.

Critical: QualityI have been here quite a few times over the years since it is close to my house. Every time I go here, I have the same experience. The salon is clean, the staff is nice enough and they are usually not too busy. However, within a day or two, I always have a chipped nail(s). It is really unfortunate when you spend so much for a gel manicure or pedicure and it is already looking bad. I’m not sure if they just use cheap nail polish or what the issue is. I kept giving them chances for the convenience of the location but that will be the last time. This was from my manicure on Wednesday and this was how it looked come Thursday. I have been here quite a few times over the years since it is close to my house. Every time I go here, I have the same experience. The salon is clean, the staff is nice enough and they are usually not too busy. However, within a day or two, I always have a chipped nail(s). They ripped my nails while taking then off with tips and refused to take off my ripped nail properly without a nail bit. So now I would never go here again and now I have to pay extra to get my nail fixed at a proper nail shop.
