Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent in for a much needed haircut after quarantine and decided to just have a wash & blow out too. Good thing I did since I loved the outcome… The stylist did a wonderful job and already looking forward to my next appointment.

Critical: Quality, ValueCame to this salon for a wash and blow out. It was a few weeks after giving birth and i just didn’t have the energy to do it myself. The salon is a few blocks away from my apartment and i thought I would give them a try. The staff is friendly, but if you have natural kinky afro texture hair I would stay clear. The person that did my hair did not know how to detangle textured hair. She used a Denman brush to roughly tear through my hair. I had to ask her to stop using the round brush and use the tension method instead to finish blow drying my hair. How can you round brush afro textured hair ? This was half way through my service. I wish I would of spoken up sooner. After all these years of growing my hair I now have heat damage at the back of my head. Half of my head beginning at the roots will no longer get curly. I left the salon spending $60 for damaged puffy hair.
