I was referred to Jeanine at Genesis after being diagnosed with breast cancer. I had gone to another business before seeing Jeanine and they were terrible and the price was double what I was quoted at Genesis. Jeanine was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. She was kind and compassionate and didn’t rush me. I would highly recommend Jeanine at Genesis a million times over. Thank you for your kindness and care, it’s hard to find that these days.

I Cannot say enough good things about Genesis and all the amazing staff that works there. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Worst experience ever..ive been using hair systems for years.. Jennean was kind and ordered my hair..She put me with Maggie who on the 1st day had to put my system on 2x to get it right.Kristen came in 2nd time to make sure system fit..she agreed it did.So Maggie does my hair the next time same thing huge crease so she decided to put glue on my system n glue crease down..Jennean comes in basically arguing with me saying it doesn’t fit and needed to be tweaked..so next time owner Alicia comes in agrees it fits and was able to literally put system on my head in 10 seconds..Maggie took system off n to my surprise I was bald everywhere the system was glued on..i agreed to cut a lil if it was stuck but bald everywhere..she sux and gives genesis a bad name..she wasn’t worth a penny of the 40.00 I tipped each and every time..because I’m that kind of person..Alicia was very kind caring and funny.i even talked with her at least 10 min or so after I checked out..i would have stayed if I could of had Alicia do my hair..My daughter has done my hair for 12 years and never once had an issue..and she’s not even licensed..so she will again do my hair..and anyone interested in hair systems order through advent hair..way cheaper then you get charged here

I went there with my own wig for a service appointment only. Before doing the servicing..the person in charge tried desperately to push me into becoming a member. He wasn’t successful. After placing my wig back on I noticed something seemed wrong. When I got home I found a huge hole in my wig that wasn’t there before. It was definitely no accident. This place purposely damaged my property because I wouldn’t sign their fuking contract.

I saw Genesis II on a Bridge street show 12 weeks ago. I finally decided to check to do something about my thinning hair. On April 4 I met with Jeanine who is wonderful. I felt comfortable and supported. She explained the programs in detail and suggested the best one for me. She took pictures so we could track the progress. Yesterday was my 2nd appt and the results are more than noticeable. I am getting compliments about my hair (a rarity) and my hairdresser isn’t working as hard to cover thin areas. The entire staff is knowledgeable and supportive and not at all judgmental. I am looking forward to my next appt to see even more growth and it is MY hair. My only regret is that I didn’t do this earlier!

My sister was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and began an aggressive course of chemotherapy in March 2019. The diagnosis as well as the side effects of the medication she has taken for many years, breast surgery, personal issues and the chemotherapy have added much un-needed stress to her life. Luckily she was matched up with hair replacement companies for a wig and randomly choose Genesis II the day after the second chemotherapy treatment as our first visit with the anticipation of losing her hair any day. This was an extremely emotional point in my sister’s diagnosis and made the reality of having cancer become a reality. Janine and her staff were EXTREMELY helpful, compassionate, welcoming as well as knowledgeable! Janine took the time to explain the process of hair loss due to chemo and informed my sister of things she was not aware of, which greatly eased her mind regarding the inevitable. Janine took the time to fit my sister with various styles of wigs, finding one that was perfect and resembled the head of hair my sister once had!!!
