I am so overwhelmed by the experience I had, I don’t even know where to start. Let me start with the receptionist. She was amazing from the second we walked in the door until we left. Actually there were multiple people up front and when our group of six walked in,we were immediately taken care of. The communication is stellar. The customer service across the board is beyond anything I have seen in a nail salon. While I was getting my nails done I watched the owner personally talk to EVERY customer in the salon asking them if they needed anything. Then he proceeded to pass out free water and offered snacks to EVERYONE in the Pedicure section. I left so inspired and will definitely return.

This used to be my favorite nail salon. Sadly, as they have gotten busier, service has gone downhill. Lately every time I make an appointment, when I show up, I am given someone else to do my nails. It’s tough to find a regular nail technician when the salon doesn’t honor your booked appointment. That’s not the worst part, twice I have had Bryan start my nails and hand me off to someone else when his client came one…really makes you feel less than important when you get handed off in the middle of a service even though you had an appointment and it was before the other client arrives. Today Bryan was standing at the front desk and practically pounced on me as I walked in the door) he was not who I booked with but I needed my nails done and told him what I wanted so I mistakenly presumed he had the time and would finish my service. Nope. He finished my pedicure and then I had to wait for a few minutes for someone else because his client arrived. Then he did not pass along my dip color request to the person taking over. In the end, I’m not even sure what I left with was dip nails because Mimi put applied them like acrylic and they are much thicker than dip would normally turn out. Time for me to find a new salon who doesn’t jostle customers around like this.

First time visit. After reading reviews, I made an appointment with someone specific, showed up to the appointment and was given someone else. I told the tech I use a keyboard a lot and wanted the length shortened. She used a cheep file to saw my nails back and forth, pushing debris under my nails and darn near taking off my fingertips in the process. The massage was next to non existent. Beware, the hand painted French manicure lacks consistency or professional appeal. Sorta looks like a kid with a shaky hand did it and applied it extra thick. Before the end of the manicure, the tech was looking towards the door to see about the next guest. Speed was the goal here, not quality.

So I came to this establishment last week to get my nails done with my sister and Mom for my sister’s traditional engagement. I was on time and my sister and Mom were like 15 minutes late. The manager was not friendly at all, she definitely needs some customer service classes! Instead of waiting for my sister she let a walk in go in front. I thought we would all be sitting with each other when we got our nails done. We were so far away from each other. The owner, who my sister says is who she usually deals with was very kind and even gave us drinks to toast my sister. My nail tech was good, but she started rushing once they said her client was there. She picked my nail color, I wanted a royal blue. When I finished I was not happy so I told the owner, he said I needed another coat. Walked out still not pleased with my nails. My gel nails are already coming off. My Mom’s and sister’s nails were beautiful, mines were very ugly, so disappointed.

I love going here! Vivianne is so talented and has done a stunning job on my dip manicure each time I visit. The staff is caring and attentive. They offer refreshments and pay attention to detail. I’m so glad I started coming here since moving to Leesburg from Reston!

Came here for a mom and daughter spa day on Eid and left pleasantly pampered by Joe, the owner, and his staff. This upscale salon is incredibly chic with Paris vibes sprinkled all over the walls. We were greeted with contactless temperature checks, hot Vietnamese coffees, and bright smiles (behind masks, of course).
