I made an appointment and asked for someone specific and this person just wasn’t in the mood to do it so the lady who was assigned to me didn’t know what she was doing, the polish a disaster, the place was not clean. Don’t go here if you want a relaxing pedicure. We went in for a basic pedicure, 15 mins is all it took from start to finish. The woman that did my pedicure was very rough. I asked her to cut out my ingrown toe nails, she cut me several times with the tools, kept trying to pull my big toe to the left felt like she was trying to rip it off. Terrible service, unfriendly and not welcoming. There are plenty of places around, you don’t need to waste your money here.

I hardly ever feel the need to leave such a negative review but my experience was poor to say the least. My best friend and I decided to get our nails done as a birthday present for me. We didn’t have to wait that long but there was a lot of confusion as to which nail technician would be working on who. We sat down side by side and one of the techs immediately went to work on her nails and I waited for another to come out until finally I asked if someone would be doing mine too. Finally, another tech came over but when I showed her what I thought was a basic acrylic tip style and design she looked confused and started speaking to the other tech. They looked at both of us and decided to switch seats. When our nails actually began to get worked on I felt like my service was being rushed while my friend next to me was getting hers done as a slower speed. We were thankful when we were offered mimosas though-I think this may have been the best part. I have only ever gotten my nails done twice before and it had been years so when the tech asked if I wanted to dip or polish, I wasn’t sure and asked about the quality and price. The language seemed to hinder this but she was already bringing out the dip so I kept quiet. To end this story, my nails came out of poor quality. Three of the nails are on crooked, and I have black dip powder on the part that is supposed to be clear. My friend was also upset with her nails as she felt they looked like black teeth-both our nails are extremely odd shaped when we asked for square. When we checked out we were told the total was $110, $60 for mine and $50 for hers. We were so shocked we glanced at the price menu and I told the tech checking us out that the menu said our services should have been $33 a piece. She said no you $60, you $50. We asked them to explain why and again I believe the language barrier didn’t help.

Changing my review and finding a new salon. Called to make an appointment with the tech named Tee. They said sure come at 12. I get there around 1140 and the women (already with a client) say’s Tee doesn’t work today, she has an 1130 appointment and to come back at 1. A recent change in ownership has drastically declined the quality of service here, and it’s no longer worth the extra 30 minute drive, which is sad because I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now. This was just the final mishap here after new ownership that is making me leave.
