Whats up! We are a boutique hair salon in the heart of South Pasadena, just up the 110 North from Downtown Los Angeles, and about 10 minutes South of Old Town Pasadena. We Welcome all hair types. We specialize in curly hair, wavy hair, dry cutting, hair extensions, pintura and balayage, women’s short styles, and life-saving color correction. This is an absolutely amazing hair salon. It is clean cute and the whole staff is friendly. The first time I went was my first time ever getting a curl cut (with Tamara). She was amazing! These cuts really do make a difference! I notice my hair grows faster and stays healthy longer. I have already gone back once and have my next appointment booked for July! Thank you THAIRAPY! After reading the reviews on Google I decided to go straight here for my haircut. I hadn’t cut my hair in many months out of fear of receiving a bad haircut at other places, which unfortunately is such a common experience for folk with curly hair. At Thairapy, however, I got a beautiful haircut with complex layers to add volume and free up my curls for more definition. The stylists taught me how to apply product to let the curls show through. Very grateful!

Today I got a much needed Deva Curly Cut from the lovely Audie!✨ I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. She did a phenomenal job on my hair!! My hair has been so dull, limp, and dry lately. My curls were sad to say the least. I was piling a bunch of product on my hair to get it to curl properly, and it still wouldn’t look or feel the way I wanted it to. It got to the point where I didn’t even get excited for hair wash day That’s how you know it’s sad lol, as a curly girl, hair wash days are the BEST. Audie cut my hair and revived my curls today! And even with the cut, I was able to keep a lot of my length I was smiling from ear to ear when I left She is so sweet and kind, she listened to all of my hair concerns and addressed each one. Audie is so wonderful! She listens to what you want but still knows how to delicately convey her expert suggestions. I came to her after having lost all my hair to chemo, and she helped me create a plan to get back to my normal long curly look. She walked me through a new washing/styling routine step-by-step and it has really improved my definition. And Marlene, my colorist, helped me prep for my wedding. I was feeling really hopeless after being bald and she really helped me see the potential. She is so honest and supportive. I can’t recommend them more!

Audie is amazing!! My hair has 3 different colors (long story…) and 2 textures (curly hair with pieces of straight/damaged hair). I really had very little hope and was sure that I needed to let the color and damaged hair grow out before my hair would look good. Audie worked her magic. I still have 3 colors BUT MY HAIR LOOKS GOOD!! The cut somehow “hides” the damaged pieces. I really love this haircut. I now live in northern California but I will be traveling back to Southern California for my next appointment in July.

Ana Sarah did a great job on my hair yesterday! We had a great conversation and she walked me through every step of the process and let me know what I could have possibly been doing to cause breakage and damage to me hair. When it came to the wash she was very specific with details and let me know the best way to style my hair to receive the look I was going for. I have already recommended her to all my friends who have curly hair! Will definitely be back to see her in a couple months
